Squirting orgasms?... Can I really ejaculate???... Yes! You can! It’s known as squirting, and it can be the most pleasurable orgasm of your life!  (Guys click here)

Women can ejaculate; however, most people don’t know about it, others just have an idea but don’t believe it.

Squirting has become some kind of myth or tabu that not everybody knows or understands.

Only some people have experienced the mind blowing ecstasy of having a squirting orgasm.

So let’s find about what it is, and how your man can give you this higher level of pleasure!

What is squirting?

Basically, squirting is when a woman ejaculates at the moment of orgasm just as a man does.

The fluid a woman ejaculates is formed in the Skene’s Glands, known also as the female prostate because it produces the same fluid as the male prostate.

The Skene’s glands are located on the anterior wall of the vagina, around the lower end of the urethra. They drain into the urethra and near the urethral opening and may be near or a part of the G-Spot.

The fluid comes out of the urethra not the vagina, but it is NOT pee, it is ejaculate. Actually, this fluid has a very similar composition of the male’s ejaculate.

It does not contain sperm, but it does have a higher level of glucose and similar enzymes found in semen. It is clear, thin, may have a milky color and taste sweet due to the glucose.

People may confuse this fluid with urine because it comes out of the urethra, and because the sensation when the woman feels when is about to ejaculate is very similar to the one she has when she’s about to urinate, but it is not pee, it is a fluid that comes from her female prostate.

Actually at the time of squirting, there’s a sphincter that closes up and hold the urine inside the bladder.

Because of this misinterpretation, usually women tighten up their PC muscles (Pubococcygeus muscles or more known as pelvic floor muscles because it supports her bladder, bowel and uterus) to hold this fluid inside, thinking they are going to urinate in the moment of orgasm; however, what they’re really holding is their ejaculation and missing the chance to have a full earth-shaking orgasm.

This mostly happens because the majority of women are not familiar with this information yet, and don’t know they can also ejaculate and make their orgasms even more powerful.

How can you achieve a squirting orgasm?

Squirting orgasms usually come from G-Spot stimulation. When your man stimulates your G-Spot, he’s able to stimulate the urethral sponge as well; when it swells up and you’re getting close to orgasm, you’re going to be able to ejaculate having a squirting orgasm.

Sometimes it swells so much that it will push his finger or his penis out of you. If you let the ejaculate come out, it can actually shoot faster and farther than you think, so you both may be prepare to maybe get soaked up!

For him to make you squirt, it requires intense G-Spot stimulation.

The easiest way is by using his fingers. He first needs to relax you well enough to make you let go completely at the time of orgasm.

You need to be very aroused to get to the point of squirting. Once you’re very wet and turned on, he needs to start stimulating your G-Spot inserting about 2-3 inches of his finger(s) inside of your vagina and look for a dime-size bean shaped kind of rough protuberant tissue on the front wall of your vagina.

This is your G-Spot!

Now he must bend his finger and apply firm pressure making a “come here” movement.

While he’s doing this, he can put his other hand and press down your pubic bone with his fingers, as if he’s trying to meet the fingers from inside and outside.

This will make the sensation more intense because he’s applying pressure on your urethral sponge from both sides, inside and outside.

This trick will facilitate for you to squirt!

When you’re about to squirt, but mislead this with the sensation to urinate and hold back the fluid by tighten up your PC muscles, the ejaculate has no way to go and return to your bladder.

The key for you to be able to squirt is to recognize this sensation at the time or orgasm and just let it go.

To help with that, you can strengthen your PC muscles with some Kegel exercises to be able to gain control over these muscles and train yourself to let the fluid come out. Squirting is all about muscle control.

You can rest assured that you’re not going to urinate because when the urethral sponge swells up, the sphincter moves up and closes off the bladder not letting any pee to come out.

If you tense up and hold the fluid, you will have an orgasm, but not as powerful as a squirting orgasm.

Ok, now that you have the basic info, it's time to train your body how to squirt!
